Lulu began her entrepreneurial journey in her early 20s, building a strong real estate portfolio and backing local startups as an angel investor. Driven by a passion for community and women's empowerment, she co-founded the Ngo & Lin Foundation, which has supported 12 Oregon scholars over four years.

Her diverse career spans government, utilities, construction, supply chain, and tech. Most recently, she has consulted for global and regional retail, agriculture, franchising, and professional sports clients. Combining her business acumen and a valued partnership, she co-founded HERA Consulting.
