Once upon a project in the misty Pacific Northwest, two professionals, Lulu and Brad, crossed paths at a local utility. Bound by a shared commitment to serving the public and a drive for excellence, they spent years forging careers in their own directions—always staying connected, always cheering each other on.
Fast forward to late Fall 2024, a very sudden and lifechanging event turned into an unexpected opportunity. But this wasn’t just another project—it was the chance to create something different. A consulting firm built on trust, collaboration, and a family-style culture where people always come first.
With experience in hand and a vision in heart, they said hello to HERA—a place where consulting meets community, and where success is built together.
