A local and professional sports team was seeking support for an international play strategy to bolster the brand’s global value proposition. For their local market, they desired a partner collaboration roadmap focused on the Portland music scene to enhance the fan experience. A quick turnaround was necessary due to playoffs and off-season drivers that were just around the corner, missing the timeline would mean a year or more delay.
