BUSINESS PROBLEM
A prominent manufacturer and marketer of home fitness equipment formed a Strategy Execution Office (SXO) to manage its investments over the next 3-5 years but lacked the necessary resources and expertise to execute its strategy within the desired timeframe. Challenges included establishing an effective Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO), staffing it with experienced program managers, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders. The SXO also required change leadership to navigate organizational transitions and achieve its strategic goals effectively and efficiently.
